Who we are

GetHired AI (“we”, “us”) is operated by Furqan Ahmed, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, at gethirezulfi.com. Contact: hello@gethirezulfi.com.

What the service is

GetHired AI is an AI career assistant: CV scoring and tailoring, cover letters and documents, mock interviews with feedback, a verified jobs feed, and an application tracker.

• No employment guarantee. We help you present yourself at your best and prepare well. We cannot and do not promise you a job, an interview, or a salary.
• AI can be wrong. Scores, suggestions, salary ranges and feedback are AI-generated estimates. Review everything before you send it to an employer — applications are always sent by you, never silently on your behalf.
• Job listingscome from public sources and are filtered through our genuineness checks, but we are not the employer and cannot guarantee any listing’s accuracy or availability.

Your account and your content

• One account per person; keep your credentials safe.
• Your CV and everything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service (parsing, scoring, tailoring, interview feedback).
• Don’t upload someone else’s personal data without their consent, and don’t use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or automated (scraping, reselling, bulk account creation).
• You can delete your CV in the app at any time, and your account by emailing us.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through our merchant of record (Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy), who handle payment processing and applicable taxes. We never see your card details.
• Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
• Every plan has fair-use limits (shown on the pricing page) that protect the service for everyone.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by employers, third-party job listings, or indirect losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
